We are honored that you are considering hiring Mitzvah Mayhem as your chosen Photographer, Videographer, DJ Service, Photo Booth or other service provider. The following is some general information to address some of the questions we get quite regularly. Sort of a “frequently asked questions” section if you will.

WE ARE INSURED

If your chosen Venue requires a Certificate of Insurance please let us know. Most venues that we are at regularly have one for the year already.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We utilize Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. If you are uncomfortable with any of these procedures, please let us know. Most of our posts are related to the main Bar/Bat Mitzvah/Sweet 16 child and not any extended family. We do not heavily advertise. Most of our work comes via word of mouth so most of our posts are only seen by potential future clients like yourself :)

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

PHOTOGRAPHY

  • We generally try to do a 10 #swipeleft highlight post on Instagram within a few days, depending on when the party takes place. (peak / off peak season)

  • We then do a full gallery (via Shootproof ) where you can download your photos from, within 1-2 weeks. An email is provided with a Pin. The gallery does not have a set expiration date.

VIDEOGRAPHY

  • 2-3 Months for Highlight and Full Video Digital File

    (we shoot in 8k which is of the highest quality but can take longer to edit and deliver)

PHOTOBOOTH

  • Photos are uploaded in real time to a Fotoshare server that we send a link to. We add individual photos as well. Photo Booth photos are also added to your gallery both in print layout and individual layouts. Photo Booth photos are not edited and provided as a fun service. While we try to make the photos the best we can, they are subject to software limitations.

 

ALBUM PROCESS

In the gallery you are provided, we ask you to favorite about 75-100 photos for us to incorporate into the album. We then create the template and provide it for you to review via Albumdraft.com.

We use MillersLab.com Signature Albums/Books

Once you approve the album, it takes a few days to get it printed up and shipped to us. We then review it and in turn ship it forward to you

You should have the album within a week or two of approving the album. We are working on a PDF file with options that you can make requests from such as background, cover options, etc

 
 

CANVAS PRINTS

Most of our packages come with either 1 or 2 16x20 canvas prints. Please let us know the file numbers of the images you would like.
